| Pre-School &  Reception
| Applications are open for Pre School in September 2023 for the Girls’ and Prep School Places in Reception at the Girls’ School are extremely limited for September 2023 Places in Reception at the Prep School are extremely limited for September 2023 Applications are open for Reception at the Junior School for September 2023 | All applicants for Pre School & Reception should complete the EYFS Questionnaire Only shortlisted applicants will be invited into school for an assessment in class, during the first week of February, if possible, otherwise the assessment will be carried out by video. No application fee is required. |
| Years 1 – 6 | Please note, there is no availability in Year 2 at the Girls’ School for September 2023 Applications are open for September 2023 | Year 1 shortlisted applicants will be invited into school for an assessment in class in February, if possible, otherwise assessment will be carried out by video. Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 shortlisted applicants will be invited into school to sit an online assessment. Places will be offered, subject to availability. |
| Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 | Applications are open for September 2023 at the Girls’ and Senior School | Shortlisted applicants will be invited into school to sit an online assessment. Places will be offered, subject to availability. |
| Sixth Form – Year 12 | Applications are open for Year 12 for September 2023 at the Girls’ and Senior School | Applicants should submit their mock exam results and Year 11 report with their application. Places are offered on a conditional basis and will be confirmed when the exam results are known. |
If you are considering joining our schools in January 2023 (from outside Qatar) you are urged to apply as soon as possible to secure your child’s place.
We are receiving applications for admission across our schools from September 2023.
